Brothers Construction 3 isn't a franchise or a brokerage that subcontracts your job to whoever's cheapest this week. It's Matt, Joe and Sam — and it has been for over two decades.
We started building together in 2001. 25 years later, the business still works the way it did on day one: one of us meets you at your house, one of us prices the job, and one of us is on your site while the work happens. Usually it's all three.
That structure isn't a marketing angle — it's why the work holds up. There's no project manager relaying messages, no crew that's never met you, and no finger-pointing between trades. The person who promised you the result is the person building it.
We're a licensed Ontario builder, fully insured and bonded, working across London, St. Thomas, Woodstock and Strathroy. Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients — which only happens when jobs end well.

The rules we don't break
Straight talk
If something isn’t worth doing, we say so. If a cheaper option gets you the same result, you’ll hear about it from us first.
Clean sites
We work in your home like we’d work in our mother’s: dust contained, tools packed up, floors swept at the end of every day.
Built to code
Licensed Ontario builder. Permits pulled when required, inspections passed, and work that protects you when you sell.
Done means done
The job ends with a walkthrough, not an invoice. Anything that isn’t right gets fixed before we call it finished.

Consultation
One of us visits your home, walks the space with you, and listens to what you actually want — free, no pressure.

Plan & quote
You get a written, itemized quote and a realistic schedule. Every material and cost approved by you before we start.

The build
Our own crew does the work — clean site every day, and a brother on the job you can talk to directly.
- 04
Final walkthrough
We walk every finish with you and fix anything that isn’t right. Done means done to the Brothers standard.
