What counts as a "custom" project?
Anything that doesn’t fit a standard renovation box: built-ins and millwork, structural reconfigurations, additions, garage conversions, aging-in-place modifications, or a combination of rooms in one plan. If you can describe it, we can scope it.
Do you charge for design work?
Initial consultations and rough concepts are free. For projects needing detailed drawings or permit sets, design is quoted as its own line item — and typically credited back if we build the project.
Can you work from my architect’s or designer’s plans?
Absolutely. We price and build from existing drawings, and we’ll flag anything in the plans that will cause cost or code trouble before it becomes your problem.
