We install hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and tile across whole homes or single rooms. Transitions between rooms sit flush, expansion gaps are respected so nothing buckles in summer humidity, and baseboards go back on clean.

What flooring is best for my main floor?
For most London families it comes down to engineered hardwood (real wood look and feel, more stable than solid) versus luxury vinyl plank (waterproof, tough, great for kids and dogs). We’ll walk you through samples and honest pros and cons for how your household actually lives.
How much does flooring installation cost?
Installation typically runs $3 to $8 per square foot on top of materials, depending on the product and how much subfloor prep is needed. We quote the whole job — materials, prep, install, transitions and baseboards — in writing after measuring.
Can you install flooring over my existing floor?
Sometimes — vinyl plank over a flat existing floor can work. But often the old floor hides subfloor problems, so we’re honest about when removal is worth it. Doing it right once beats doing it twice.
How long does a flooring job take?
A single room takes a day or two. A whole main floor usually takes 3 to 5 days including prep. Tile work runs longer because of setting and grouting time. You’ll get a schedule before we start.
