Tubs, showers, tile & vanities
Bathroom Renovations in London, Ontario
A bathroom renovation is mostly about what you don’t see: proper waterproofing, solid subfloor, and plumbing done right. We gut to the studs when it’s warranted, fix what’s hiding behind the old tile, and rebuild with materials made for wet rooms — so it looks good on day one and stays that way.
We do everything from straightforward tub-to-shower conversions to full ensuite remodels: new fixtures, custom tile surrounds, heated floors, vanities and lighting. Every shower gets a proper waterproofing membrane — not just cement board and hope.
Waterproofing first
Membrane systems behind every shower and tub surround, moisture-rated board in wet zones, and proper slopes to drain.
Tile that lines up
Large-format tile, mosaics and niches set level and square — clean grout lines you’re not embarrassed by.
Full plumbing scope
Relocating drains, replacing shut-offs and upgrading old supply lines while the walls are open — the smart time to do it.

Good questions
Bathrooms FAQs
Straight answers to what homeowners ask us most. Have a different question? Call — a brother will pick up.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost in London?
A standard full bathroom remodel typically runs $15,000 to $35,000 depending on size and finishes. Tub-to-shower conversions come in lower. You get a written itemized quote after we see the space — and we tell you honestly if part of your existing bathroom is worth keeping.
How long will my bathroom be out of service?
A typical full bathroom takes 2 to 3 weeks. If it’s your only bathroom we plan the schedule to keep a working toilet and shower available as long as possible, and we tell you exactly which days you’ll be without them.
Can you convert my bathtub to a walk-in shower?
Yes — it’s one of our most common projects. We remove the tub, rebuild and waterproof the enclosure, and install a glass or curtain shower with proper drainage. Great for accessibility and for how most people actually use their bathroom.
Will you find mold or water damage behind my old tile?
Sometimes, especially in older London homes. If we do, we show you photos, explain the fix and price it before proceeding. Fixing it properly while the wall is already open is far cheaper than a second renovation later.
