Retail, office & clinic fit-ups
Commercial Renovations in London, Ontario
A commercial renovation has a different clock: every week of construction is a week of lost revenue. We plan fit-ups and remodels around your operating reality — off-hours work where needed, phased construction so parts of your space stay open, and firm scheduling you can hold us to.
We handle retail spaces, offices, and clinics: partition walls, ceilings, flooring, millwork, paint, and coordination of licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC trades. Accessibility requirements and fire egress are built in from the plan, not patched in at inspection.

Good questions
Commercial FAQs
Straight answers to what homeowners ask us most. Have a different question? Call — a brother will pick up.
Can you renovate while my business stays open?
Usually, yes. We phase the work, contain dust, and schedule loud or disruptive tasks outside your operating hours. We’ve done fit-ups where the business never closed a single day.
Do you handle permits and inspections for commercial work?
Yes — commercial work almost always requires permits, and often architectural drawings. We coordinate the drawings, submit the permit application, and schedule the inspections as part of the project.
What size commercial projects do you take on?
Our sweet spot is small-to-mid commercial: retail units, offices, restaurants and clinics up to a few thousand square feet. Big enough to matter, small enough that you deal directly with an owner on site.
